SERVICE AREA
Set & Melt provides private candle-making workshops at your home or chosen venue within our designated service area.
We currently serve:
Orlando
Winter Park
Baldwin Park
Lake Nona
Oviedo
Winter Garden
and surrounding areas.

TRAVEL & ACCESS
The host is responsible for:
• Providing accurate address details
• Ensuring safe and accessible entry to the venue
• Providing adequate table space and seating for confirmed guests
If parking fees, gated access, or special entry requirements apply, these must be communicated in advance.
EVENT SETUP
We arrive prior to the scheduled start time to prepare materials and setup.
Hosts must ensure:
• A clean, stable workspace
• Access to power outlets (if needed)
• Reasonable indoor conditions
Workshops are conducted indoors unless otherwise agreed upon.
WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
If severe weather or unforeseen circumstances make travel unsafe, we will work with the host to reschedule the event to the next available date.
DAMAGE & LIABILITY
While we take care during setup and cleanup, hosts are responsible for protecting delicate surfaces or furniture.
Participants are guided through safe handling of tools and materials during the workshop.
