Refund policy
RESERVATIONS
A reservation payment (equivalent to one guest) is required to secure your date.
This payment is applied toward your total event balance.
Dates are not confirmed until the reservation payment is received.
GUEST COUNT
Final guest count must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to your event.
After this deadline, the confirmed guest count becomes the minimum billing amount.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may reschedule to a future available date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Reservation payments are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date, subject to availability.
PAYMENT
Remaining balance is due on the day of the workshop before the experience begins.

SERVICE AREA
Workshops must take place within our designated service area, including:
Orlando, Winter Park, Baldwin Park, Lake Nona, Oviedo & surrounding areas.
If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us prior to booking.
LIABILITY
Participants are responsible for handling tools, wax, and materials safely during the workshop.
Set & Melt is not responsible for damage to surfaces, furniture, or property if adequate workspace is not provided.
We will guide guests on safe use throughout the experience.
