Reservations

A reservation payment (equivalent to one guest) is required to secure your date.

This payment is applied toward your total event balance.

Dates are not confirmed until the reservation payment is received and you receive written confirmation from us by email.

Guest Count

A minimum of 4 guests is required for all workshops.

Final guest count must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to your event.

After this deadline, the confirmed guest count becomes the minimum billing amount. Guests who do not attend are still billed.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may reschedule to a future available date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Reservation payments are non-refundable, but we are happy to move your payment to a new date one time, subject to availability.

If We Cannot Hold Your Event

If we cancel or cannot accommodate your date or location, your reservation payment is fully refunded. This includes addresses outside our service area and workspaces we determine to be unsafe.

Rescheduling due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond either party's control is handled at no charge.

Payment

Remaining balance is due on the day of the workshop before the experience begins.

Prices do not include applicable state or local taxes, which may be added where required by law.
