🗓️ BOOKING & PAYMENTS
How do I reserve a private workshop?
Select your preferred date, time, and estimated guest count on our booking page. After confirming your event address within our service area, we’ll send a secure payment link to confirm your reservation.
How much does a private candle workshop cost in Orlando?
Private workshops are available for groups of 4 or more.
$55 per guest.
Is payment required at the time of booking?
To reserve your date, we collect a booking payment equivalent to one guest. This payment is made at the time of booking and is applied toward your total event balance.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due on the day of your workshop before the experience begins. We accept cash (exact amount) or card via mobile card reader.
What if my guest count changes?
You’ll select your estimated guest count during booking. Final guest count must be confirmed at least 72 hours before your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
The reservation payment becomes non-refundable within 72 hours of your event date, as materials and preparation are secured in advance.
